Keeping red crystal shrimp with red cherry shrimp? please read

Hello everyone, I got a good question for you today. I know you shouldn't keep crystal shrimps with cherry shrimps because they require different water parameters, but here's my situation:

Both are heavily planted tanks.

Crystal shrimp water parameters:
PH 6.8 - 7.0
Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates are at 0.
Seachem flourite substrate.

Cherry shrimp parameters:
PH 6.0 - 6.4
Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates are at 0.
Fluval stratum substrate.

I started both tanks at the same time about 2 months ago, one for the cherries and one for the crystals. I am still new to the hobby and by mistake I put my crystal shrimps in the higher PH tank. I don't think it was too bad because I still have my 15 crystal shrimps, none of them died, but they aren't breeding either.

Now I look at the red cherry tank, and I have 3 pregnant females! This tank is very healthy. I'm just surprised the cherries are thriving in such lower PH, which brings me to my question: Should I move my crystal shrimps to the cherry shrimp tank with the lower PH? At first I also wanted to move the cherry to the higher PH tank but since they are obviously thriving in my low PH tank should I just leave them in there? What do you think? I feel like I could just have 1 shrimp tank instead of 2.

Thanks for your help!

Suppose you could try it. Would only move maybe half at first though.

I thought the lower PH would be better for them.

Very well may be. I just suggest moving some of them in case it goes bad at first so you don't lose them all!

little update: the crystals are now thriving, very active and no deaths. I will soon move the cherry shrimps to a different tank with higher ph just so they have ideal water parameters. It's surprising how much they can adapt, even in a low ph tank (6.6 pH) the cherry shrimps are thriving and breeding. i'm almost tempted of leaving them with the crystals but they will outnumber them really quick so might as well get them their own tank.
