Hi guys. I have 2 cats, and 3 reptile tanks. Lately the cats have been jumping on top of the tanks (which have a soft mesh lid that theyve dented). Is there a way to keep them off of the tanks? Locking them out of the room isnt an option, the tanks as well as their litter box is in my room, since i live in an apartment :( I tried lining the front of the tanks with plushies, but that isnt working anymore. Any other ideas?

Some cats are repulsed by citrus oils. Maybe put some on your finger and trace the outside rim? Idk might work. Spray bottle is an option too.

Lol my cat does the same thing she jumps on my tank and scares all the fish. What I heard helps is putting citrus oils as mentioned above or putting a strong smelling spice like Cayenne pepper.
