Hello, I was wondering if I could keep a few orange dwarf crayfish with Angel fish? Do you think it would work out?

I don't think so. Adult angels might try to eat them (and succeed).

    They will be babies

Maybe juvenile angels would work for not bothering them, but temperature range is more of a concern the crayfish prefer cooler waters while the angelfish prefer warmer temps.
Of course the peak temperature varies with the crayfish depending which site you go to (75°F-80°F) while others recommend room temp water of 72°F or so

When the angels get older, they will try to eat them, so I'd say no still.
