Oh No. Are you saying that your ammonia has been 0 for all of those 13 days? If that is the case I am very concerned about your cycle. It has to have a steady supply of ammonia to feed the nitrites so they can feed the nitrates. It is a never ending loop. Remove one element and the whole thing falls apart

oh no I dose to 2-3ppm every day at 11am then check levels at 11am the next day before dosing again. But it seems to be stuck after 24 hours at 0-2-5

I would do a fairly big water change. It should give those nitrites a kick start.

If the water in the tank is the original water you started this tank with I am sure all of the minerals present in tap water and necessary for a healthy tank have all been used up.

I am sorry I haven't mentioned this before now.
