Just sold a tank!

I just sold my 5 gallon hex, and the lady I sold it to, a blonde in her late 40's, was like "It sucks! I'm never happy with just one tank!" She was totally awesome >=D

She bought is as a fry tank. I feed her hobby, and she feeds why wallet, which in turn, feeds my hobby XD Win-win for everyone! =D

 

Haha, she sounds like one of us. Did you tell her about Fishlore?

Well that's good news

 

No, I didn't, she was in a hurry. She works at one of the advising offices here on campus, so he just had a few minutes to get away and come get the tank. The tank wasn't even on craigslist for 12 hours before she jumped on it! I put it on there late last night, after I set the new tank up, and then this morning I had an email from her LOL I tried to get her to get some other goodies, but she wouldn't go for it I did give her a bulb, though. I felt bad giving some one who was good to their fish just a tank and hood. So I gave her the new one from the tank I got last night, and cleaned the tank up for her.

 

hmmm that means you can get another tank now.

 

I wish that's what I meant! I just got a new tank, that's why I sold that one LOL

 

yeah but you had to replace a broken tank so that's really a one for one, but now that you sold a tank (yes I know its the same lol) that means you have to buy a tank to keep the balance of the world of fish tanks.

Just think of how you buying another tank will have helped produce jobs and give people paychecks.

 

Sell a good tank, man are you crazy? I have a hard time loaning a tank to someone because I have ended up having to replace it twice before I got them back. My local fish store has me on speed dial so that when someone comes in looking to sell a tank he can call me to see if I want it. Crazy man knows the answer before he call but he still calls.

Got one of my best tanks that way. Got a 75 gallon tank, stand and sump filter system for $50.

I have to sell the tank because living in a dorm, you can only have one tank set up, and there's not very much storage space, unless you want stuff to live on your car LOL

Ouch only one tank. If that was the case I would have a very large DIY project on hand. Let's see how many dividers a single tank can have
