Okay my nitrites won't drop I have been cycling for 2 weeks and in 4 days my ammonia was dropping from 4ppm to 0 daily. I did add seeding material and my PH has been stable also I have had nitrates for a week at 20-30 ppm abd my nitrites have been like this for a week should I just be patient or what do I need to do.

I would keep being patient, as it usually takes longer than a month to cycle. Give it a few more weeks, and if your nitrites still won't go down, then you may have an issue. But I believe after a few more weeks it will come down.

Its like I'm guessing 10 ppm I'm just asking is prime good to detoxify nitrites

10ppm nitrites is pretty high. If it were me, I would consider doing a partial water change to get the nitrites closer to say 4ppm-5ppm. I know excessivly high ammonia can deter the formation of the ammonia consuming bactreia, so it goes to reason that too high a nitrite level may deter the formation of the nitrite consuming bacteria.

Prime supposedly detoxes nitrites.
