Joists on ground floor uk. Aquarium weight

I'm getting a 500 litre aquarium with 12mm glass & stand. So as you can imagine it will weigh nearly 1 ton once its fully set up. In the image below do you think the alcove area where my current tank is could hold the weight, no clue where joists are. It supports my 145 litre & stand in that spot but replaceing it with a 500 seems scary too.me. I'm on a suspended timber floor. The wall behind the tank is a supporting wall.

Really need to look at it from below. You want it to sit across several joists rather than sitting parallel with the weight only on a couple. Also then you could add more support under the load bearing area if needed.

If it’s sitting perpendicular to joists you will be fine.
