Hi there! I'm sorry my first post has to be about a problem I'm having. I have a 45G that I added Fluorite substrate to a couple months ago and some plants. My anubias are looking wonderful, and my java fern immediately started to produce little leaflets and roots. However, now my java fern isn't looking too great. I took one of the mature leaves off and out it in my second tank that I'm getting planted for some RCS in the future. Could you tell me if there's something obviously missing? I have root tabs under the plants, although the java is no longer planted because I had buried the rhizome. I don't dose anything through the water column and I don't have a co2 setup.
    Thanks for all your help!
