My java fern has bumps on the leave and I'm not sure what it is. Some people says it's gall and virus. But with my research, everyone says different. Do you guys have any ideas what it is? And will it hurt my shrimps? 033ec54ca73e73767f1540ab81e0e0dd.jpg

One plant of mine has that too - so I'm curious what others have to say.

I had it on my jave fern a while back too but it disappeared after treating for an ich outbreak. it was otherwise impossible to get rid off i was removing leaves and rhizomes at the 1st sign of it and it still came back.

Galls sounds like the.most reasonable explanation for what it is but im not 100% sure.

No idea, sorry. I have many varieties of Java ferns and none have anything similar. Is it just that one leaf? If so I would remove it.
