Jack Dempseys in a 33?

I got another 33 gallon off of craigslist to go on my bookcase. I was wondering if I can put a male and female JD in the 33?

    Thanks.

A 33g is too small for a JD. All of mine use the entire 55 gallons.

But a 33g would be great for several other smaller species of NW cichlids, though. Angelfish, convicts, apistos, honduran red points.

    I hope this helps.

i wanted something colorful for the living room. JD's are very colorful that is the reason i wanted them.

Blue acaras, rainbow cichlids, angelfish are all very colorful. Any of those would be very happy in a 33g.
