Jack Dempsey 75 Gallon Tank

I have one Jack Dempsey in a 75 gallon tank. I am wondering if I could stock this aquarium with 1 Savini, 1 Convict, and 1 Firemouth with my Dempsey?

Your stock levels would still be fine, but many cichlids can be a bit aggressive towards other species so you might have fish vying against eachother for territory.

The short answer is once the jack is fully grown they can be aggressive. The long answer is much more complicated.
