My Ivory White mystery snail's are not eating their food yet, and it's turning to mush at the bottom of the tank So should I just take it out and add a new one tomorrow?

Your snail is probably just not hungry. Since you got him today, he could have eaten at the shop.
Yes, remove the food and try again later. It might be a good idea to use a feeding dish so that the mush stays in one place and doesn't fall into the substrate.

Tried again today, still not eating. One of them is moving around like crazy and the other was moving around alittle yesterday but hasnt moved all day! Should I be worried? He's hiding in his shell.

Its not unusual for snails to stay in one spot for days at a time. If you are worried, I would do a smell test and keep the snails in the same tank. Has the other snail eaten at all?

One of them has, not sure if the other has or has not. Them only seem to be able to eat one a day.
