Itchy Guppy! Help

I have a blonde delta guppy that has recently been rubbing itself against rocks and plants, has shown heavy breathing, looks bloated, and also its fins have looked smaller and more scrunched. I think it could possibly be ICH but I am not sure. I do not know what to do.
I have a 10-gallon freshwater tank with 1 blonde delta guppy, 1 yellow guppy, and 1 cory catfish. I have a filter set up and a heater (which I think may be having problems so I am thinking of buying a new heater). I do regular water changes as well so I am unsure what to do to help the guppy?
Thank you!

Do you have pictures?

Flashing "Itching" is a sign of an external parasite. Whether it's ich or something else remains to be determined.

If it is ich (which is an external parasite) the fish will look like it's entire body was sprinkled with salt. But there are other external parasites besides ich and I believe some of them are not easily seen.

He has a white body so I am having difficulty seeing if there are whitespots
I am trying to get a good picture of him but am also having difficulty

He does look very bloated though and from what I can see there are no whitespots

What are other possible diseases it could be if it is one? could it potentially be the heater because I was having issues with the heater for the last couple of days?

The ich spots are actually raised, so even on a white fish you should be able to see them. They are kinda like pimples, due to the ich spores trying to break thru.

The bloating could just be constipation, but that wouldn't explain the flashing. But sometimes fish just flash for no good reason, but the scrunched fins do point to a fish that is not feeling well.

Is there anything I can do to help?

I’m not too great at diagnosing fish diseases, but posting a pic of the infected fish could help others find out what is harming your fish and how you can help.

You could always just try treating the tank with some API General Cure. It will treat a pretty wide range of ailments.
