It was a good run...so long Blaze

Leeman75

Today, I lost one of the very first fish that I got when I started back up in the hobby almost 2 years ago after about a 20 year hiatus. Blaze was my Red Flame Dwarf Gourami that in many ways was an anti-DG. He was not aggressive at all. He stayed healthy until the very end. Over the time that I had him (almost 2 years and he was about a year old when I got him), he lived in half of my 8 tanks. He started in my 55 gallon tank and I'm sure that was where he was happiest. But he did well for time in a Multie tank, some time in my 20 gallon Hex tank, and finally in my 10 gallon utility tank. He was always very vibrant and active and will be missed.

So long Blaze!

I’m sorry you lost him but I’m happy to hear about his long life!

I’m sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a fishy friend is never easy but it is nothing but apparent he lived a happy life and was nothing less than an awesome fish! So long Blaze. You’ll be in my thoughts and prayers today.
