I went to a small fish store and to my surprise no betta cups .. I asked and she said we have bettas but they are in the planted 10 gallon tanks..! I said what ? They had one male betta in each of there tanks that have plants and a couple of snails...I almost cried.

I went to my LFS a couple of weeks ago and found all their female bettas in one tank rather than cups. They were young and seemingly got along well. The males were still in cups but it's a start right? :)

That's really good to hear! Would be nice if it was the beginning of a world-wide trend. (I'm not holding my breath.)
