As long as it has no fertilizers added and says it's all organic it should be fine. Find one that says no fertilizers. You'll know because it doesn't say stuff like "feeds plants up to 3 months". It's usually the cheapest one. This soil says that it contains organic fertilizer, which could mean that they added manure. If so it'll produce ammonia and nitrates like crazy.
If you can you should avoid ones that contain peat moss. It'll produce a lot of tannins. Unless you like the tannins.
With any topsoil you use you should always sift it to remove large particles and mineralize it. Also add 1lb of natural red clay per 20 gallons and 1/2-1 lb of aragonite or dolomite. Mineralization will take the longest time though, and you'd eventually regret that you didn't.
