Is This Room Humidity Going To Be A Huge Factor?

So I have a bit of a problem, I have a leopard gecko enclosure that's in a room that has around 50% humidity and I am not able to keep him anywhere else, will this humidity level be okay? I know they need a high humidity for their humidity hide so I am just wondering if everything will be okay, currently its summer in NY so humidity levels should be lower in a few weeks.

Do you have a heater that goes under his cage to keep it warm inside his enclosure and/or ceramic heating light bulb over his enclosure?

Yes I have both.

Then that heat will produce the humidity inside his moist cave.

The problem I am actually having is that my ROOM Humidity is goes between 40%-50% and I am wondering if that is okay.

That should be fine as long as his enclosure's heat is set properly.
