Just noticed that my dwarf gourami has what looks to be Popeye but I can’t tell because I’m not very good with fish diseases. If someone can maybe confirm that it is or isn’t would be great. If so, please tell me what medicine I should use. Water parameters are perfect and clean with ph around 7.0-7.4, also in a 20 gallon.
