Size difference is normal. Sitting on the bottom of the tank is not. Especially for a danio.

Is there anything I could do ?

He sits at the bottom but it's as if he actually touches the gravel then bounces up and starts swimming just around the tank towards the other fish

    Is your tank cycled?

Bottom sitting is definitely not normal for a danio. What are the parameters - pH, temp, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate? Can you also provide the tank size? Just want to note that danios and minnows are schoolers that do best in a group of 6+ of their own species.

What your describing could be a parasite or a swim blater disorder.
Can you provide a picture or a brief video?
