I just set up a Vista 23 that came with a Fluval 100 watt heater. I noticed last night that there appears to be moisture accumulating on the inside right before the squiggly lines start. Is this normal or should I contact Hagan?

kind of a hit or miss
some people say it's normal and nothing happens
while others report the condensation corroding the parts inside and heater failure and/or electrical shock
I'd play it safe and have a back up one in case the condensation doesn't go away

My vista 23 heater did the same.. And its still working! I took the heater out to look at the water and in mine it seemed stuck between two layer of glass so i put it back.

    In my case nothing happened

Sounds great. I did shoot off an email to them so I'll see what they say.
