I have had this turquoise rainbow for about 5 months now and it is the only one with the odd orange strip down its nose. Is this normal or ok?

Looks like you have a very nice looking male Turquoise Rainbowfish displaying his mating coloration & blaze. Its completely normal.

Its difficult to determine gender for Turquoise Rainbows when they are juveniles. Besides the breeding bright blaze forehead coloration, adult T. Rainbows get a bigger arched back and have generally brighter more vivid coloration than the females.
