Is This Neon Tetra Disease? Please help I’m really desperate

About 3 months

Yes
Does it have a heater?

What is the water temperature?

What is the entire stocking of this tank?

Neon tetras, cardinal tetras, serpae tetras, black neon tetras, bristlenose peloc

Maintenance
How often do you change the water?
Once a week
How much of the water do you change?
About 50
What do you use to treat your water?
Seachem Prime
Do you vacuum the substrate or just the water?
Substrate

Did you cycle your tank before adding fish? Fish in cycle
What do you use to test the water?
I used a master test kit but my mom threw it away while cleaning for some reason and we can’t afford a new one.
What are your parameters? We need to know the exact numbers, not just “fine” or “safe”.

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: I dont remember
pH: 6.5

Feeding

Once every two days
How much do you feed your fish?
Two small punches of flakes
What brand of food do you feed your fish?
Tetra
Do you feed frozen or freeze-dried foods?
Sometimes frozen bloodworms

Illness & Symptoms
How long have you had this fish?
About two months
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms?
A week ago
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms?
It has a pale whitish patch on its side. It’s is only on one side
Have you started any treatment for the illness?
No
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase?
No
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all?
It doesn’t seem to have changed. I do sometimes see it swim closer to the surface than the rest of the school.

I'm dealing with something similar. At first I thought it was columnaris so I treated for that and no improvement. I think it may be NTD but none of my fish are dead or have died and are all active so idk.

If it was NTD your whole stock would be gone now. It isn't good and personally I'd remove and euthanise this one.

The fish has Columnaris.

How is it now?
