Is this light good for growing low light plants in a 29 gallon tank?

Hello, I got this light 2nd hand and it came with this light bulb. Is it good for growing low light plants in a 29 gallon tank?

From what I was able to find it look's like this bulb is in the 18000K spectrum which isn't that great for plants. You want a bulb in in the 6500K spectrum which is what plants do best under. Anything over 10,000K is usually asking for algae problems. You can probably still grow some low light plants but it's not ideal.
