I'm not sure if this is ich can someone help me out? eefb224edd4f42f9f58097507eb02fde.jpg20170417_201148.jpg

I already half dosed the tank last night but I have pepper and green cats that I'm worried about. I have BDBS for substrate. Increasing the temp is not an option because I have sealed heaters. Can't use salt I hear because of the cats. So if anyone could let me know before I half dose the tank again I would appreciate it. Thanks

So the cyst on his tail is not ich? And the white on his gills? I know I asked for input but could you give me a little more than 1 word?

    Sorry about that.

The cyst is a fatty cyst, usually shows up in some of the beefier fishes for whatever reason.

ICH has a raised appearance - it looks like salt granules. Usually covering all the fins before it makes it way to the body of the fish.
