I keep looking at my pleco and trying to figure out if he has ich or if this could just be from trying to squeeze into this fake driftwood a few weeks ago. I believe these were all there when I went out of town a week ago.

I keep watching the clown loaches to see if they develop anything. They are hard to observe but I don't think I see anything yet.

I have a bottle of ich-x that I have for QT tank but I'm reluctant to just treat this 125g tank that has my 4 20 year old fish (pleco and three clown loaches) in it if I'm not sure.

I was also thinking another option is to try feeding ich shield from NLS.

I find it easy to diagnose the sample pics I see of ich on internet because there's usually a whole bunch of white spots.

I haven't added any fish to tank in like ten years. Only changes were adding powerheads, sponge filters, and an Aquaclear 110.

Temp is 78.5. Tested 0, 0,0 when I got back.
Last pic is a distorted pic from above as water was moving.

Thanks for any insight.

Nope, definitely not ich.
Thanks. So just keep watching him and otherwise don't worry?

He seems fine. Just got more active since I got the powerheads last month.
