Is This Hole In The Head On My Gourami, Or Normal Physiology?

I noticed these little holes on the head of my gourami, I checked my photos of when I bought him and he had them there back then as well, which was about 4-5 months ago. I have dosed API general cure today just in case, but I want your opinion.

Protip: Sera sticky tabs are amazing for close ups lol.

The pic doesn't show Henry. I doubt it if it didn't progress.
If so General Cure won't fix it btw

Sorry, dunno why it isn't showing. I uploaded it here in imgur

Aw I thought general cure could fix it, it says right in the box. Is it not effective? And yes, he seems to be ok, been months since I got him and no problems at all.

Now it does !

Doesn't look like HITH to me.
One of the holes seems to be its nostril.

Is there another male in with it ?

Phew good to know, I saw these little holes and I thought it was HITH. There's also a honey gourami, male, but they never fight, I closely inspect them all the time, they even eat together and all. Plus the tank is a 40 gallon planted one, the blue hangs mostly on the upper level while the honey likes to scout the substrate.

And wow, had no idea fish had nostrils lol! You learn something new every day.

Only not exactly sure what it is then.

Thought about battle scars.
