I tried using white vinegar on this but no luck I’ve cleaned it for the most part but I can’t get these foggy stains off the glass. I even tried to use a blade and that didn’t work either, anyone have any tips I could use?

Maybe barkeepers friend. And a maybe a more gentle scotchbrite pad. The pink ones are for things like porcelain and glass, so shouldn't scratch it.

I have also found the blue scotchbrite pads don't seem to scratch, either. Usually works pretty well for me on those foggy stains.

Yes, that seems like a hard water stain, quite hard to get out of tanks, had the same problem on my 65 gall that was leaking from the filter outtake tube running down the back of the tank didn't even know it was happening until i noticed the stains show up after a while. What worked good for me was toothpaste and a magic eraser i smeared some toothpaste on the glass and rubbed it back and forth then used a wet paper towel, you might have to do it a few times. If your stain is on the outside of the glass its fine, but if the satin is on the inside not sure if some would still be on the glass i would suppose if you cleaned it really good with warm water after it shouldn't be a problem.
