I had dwarf puffer fish in this tank, and put a piece of filter floss in the output to reduce the flow cuz it was pushing them around too much. When algae started growing on it, I was like, okay, replaced the filter floss, and fed it to the snails. But now I've rehomed the puffers, gotten rid of the snails, and want to use this tank for quarantine. So how do I get rid of this stuff??

Might be a type, i've had crazy hair algae I just let it grow so long it kinda looked like that. I gave it to my gouramI and that was his snack.
