Is this good lighting?

The reviews seem to be pretty good and the cost is really cheap so it could be worth a shot. I personally would be a bit wary of it because it is so cheap- makes me wonder how well constructed it is or if anything was skipped over for sake of profit.
Depending on the size of your tank a Nicrew light off amazon could work. They are really bright and grow plants pretty well but can sometimes struggle to reach the bottom of bigger and taller tanks.

Yes my only concern is the watts or lumens since i do have a planted tank, low tech. I have a 15 gallon. Would it do well?

It is 220v not 110v. So its a European version.

Thats good since im from europe any signs of it being not great for plants? Or is it good to go

At 15 gallons it should do perfectly fine unless you happen to have a uniquely shaped one that is super duper tall. I think their current brightest one is their SkyLED Plus but even just their original ClassicLED has been known to work great on 15 gallon tanks.

Nope just a regular shape. Hope my plants will do well with it!
