Is this good for growing goldfish?

So I don’t know if it’ll be good for my big full grown oranda cause it’s kind of high in fat but I have a little goldfish and my friend has a little oranda with hardly any wen so would repashy spawn and grow be ok? I got it from my lfs it’s all they had as in repashy foods. It says not as a daily food source so I would feed it MAYBE once a week?
It’s technically a carnivore blend though Which is not ideal I know

 

I usually feed my plecos repashy once or twice a week(if i remember). Don't know if that mix will do harm or not to a goldfish. The repashy super gold would probably be a much better option.
