Is this fin rot? My betta's fins won't stop shredding

Hi everyone, first time poster here. My betta's lower fin began to tear on Sunday, and it's rapidly affecting her tail now as well. Is this fin rot? We've been changing her water daily (25% every time with gravel vacuum), using Stress Coat, and making sure not to overfeed. There are live plants (java fern, Amazon sword, cardinal plants, marimo moss balls) and nothing sharp in the tank. She's acting totally normal, but her tail split in half today and I'm really worried that we haven't seen any improvement yet. Please let me know if you have any advice - I've attached pictures from today. Thank you!

Parameters: used a 5 in 1 test strip, so I don't have exact numbers (working on getting an actual test kit)
Nitrates: less than 20
Nitrites: 0
Hardness: ~75
Chlorine: 0
Kh: 40
pH: 6.8

looks like fin rot, you should also invest on a test kit that tests amonia.

Thanks, I bought one yesterday only to find it had expired a few years ago. I’ve ordered another one but it won’t be here for a bit. For context, we’ve been doing weekly water changes with water conditioner and Quick Start so I’m having trouble figuring out the source of any ammonia issues.

I cannot stress enough to anyone about the use of Indian Almond Leaves with Betta's! Go buy some, add one in and you won't be disappointed

Honestly my friend, the single best advice I could give you with Betta's is IAL's. As long as the tank is cycled, IAL's will take care of most issues you'll experience. Regularly use them in the tank and replenish when the current one in the tank breaks down. Yes your pH will gradually decrease but your Betta will love them and you!
