Out of the two, the first is the better skimmer. Though both of these skimmer get bad reviews ! I have the CoralLife Super Skimmer 65.
Though I wouldn't call it super, it does an OK job for the price. Most people recommend the Euro-Reef skimmers. AquaC skimmer are very noisy. I recommend any needle wheel skimmer.

What's your price range ? You can alway wait on the skimmer until after your tank cycles ! (2-10 weeks)

well I am going to try and get everything I need but the tank between now and feb. that gives me 6 months....I don't have anything because ive just now started researching and such.... I have a 55 now that is being used but my parents are getting a new one in feb so ill get mine back.... I don't get a lot of extra money alot, so while I know I can maintain a tank, getting it up is expensive and I saw some skimmers for about 500 which I just can't do.... so....

can you tell me a few good ones from this?
