Hello,

I just cleaned out my sand tank(Took out all the sand) and little particles Flew all over the place. I know that I'm supposed to wait for everything to settle but is their anything to make it settle faster?

Don't turn your filter off. If you do the cloudy particles will settle in layers, even though fish are swimming around in the water. The tank's temperature will also vary from cold at the bottom and warmer at the top. The best you can do is make sure you;ve got new clean filters, keep the filter on and turn the lights off for a day. You should be fine after 24 hours. God luck.

Turn it off so the debris will settle, vacuum the bottom, then turn it back on.

You should turn your filter off when stirring up sand as the sand can destroy the filter.

Water changes can help remove the particles and clear the water. Sponge filters may help a little. Otherwise it's a waiting game.
