Is there anything wrong with my oranda goldfish

I just got him Saturday and he’s always swam fast, he’s also small. He lives in a 20 gallon tank with a 50-70 gallon filter, tank temperature is a solid 74 degrees, ammonia is close to 0.0 ppm and he has 2 live plants in his tank. He sometimes goes to the surface, idk if he’s stressed or not

 

He/she looks stressed maybe wait for him/her to get used to the new tank

Stressed out fish is never a good thing but since your goldfish just came into a new tank its ok. It will go away when your goldfish gets used to your tank
