Is there any Diy Breeders trap

Has anyone built there own breeder trap if so help me out!

I used the a course netting that I picked up at a hadrware store. It looks like the picture below. All I did was lay it in the tank so that it acted as a sort of divider, and then it worked fine.

Honestly, breeder boxes (if you can find them) aren't much more expensive than the materials used in those DIY options. Of course, making DIY stuff is more fun! ;D

Just be aware that newborn platy fry, for example, can go through the holes in ordinary plastic canvas, so be sure to use net or canvas that has super-tiny holes. You'll need to be sure that the holes allow water to flow through, though.

Cool! Let us know how it works. My understanding is that some breeder boxes are better than others. I'd love to hear your review of it.
