Is Tang happy ...

So I have a Red Zebra Cichlid named Tang I was just wondering if Tang is Happy is there anything I should change?

Nitrite:0
Hardness: 150-ish
Chlorine:0
Alkalinity: 180
pH: 8
I feed her: Hiraki Cichlid Staples and Hiraki Aglae Wafers
She is in a 20 gallon

No, I don't I will try to get one.

The water parameters sound ok. Keeping Malawis in such small tanks and alone is not optimal, but in a tank that size it's best kept alone.

Otherwise I'd have to see that tank, too.
