Is Something Going On With My Cory

I've had my Two Coreys for several months. The one in the photos laid eggs a couple weeks ago of course she ate them right afterwards but when I was looking at her today she looks weird what's going on with her?? I have a 55 gallon, for two months it was just my Two Coreys and a black molly, ghost shrimp and snails. I added 4 more mollies a few days ago but my black molly killed three of them I haven't ever seen hin mess with my Cory's but now she looks like this and just kind of resting instead of being as active as she was. The discoloration around her head is what I'm concerned about she didn't look like that before.

 

Do a 40 percent water change ASAP!

What are your parameters currently? How often do you do water changes?

Extremely sad to say she didn't make it... My last water change was about 25-30% last Monday I actually set up a 10 gallon rehab tank Wednesday using my tank water from from my 55 gallon and moved one of my moss balls over to it... When I noticed her I moved her to it and treated with lifeguard all in one treatment... Looking at her closer it looks like she had a small cut near her fin. She laid eggs a couple days ago and ate them but when she was laying eggs she was swimming around rather frantically and I remember at one point she darted underneath the log and hit it pretty hard I'm wondering if it got her then.
