Is sapphire overweight? Or is she a normal female betta

I don’t have much experience with FEMALE bettas so I don’t know if she’s fat or not. She lives in a community tank with tetras and she eats a lot she’s like the tank queen. If she’s fat what should I do? I feed that tank once a day RARELY every other day If I feel like they don’t need the food if I fed a big meal already.
I feed omega one first flakes and I feed frozen foods quite often like a cube of blood worms or brine shrimp with spirulina
If she’s over weight i can try my plakat male in my community tank and put her in his 5 gallon so I can isolate feed?

I had 2 female super piggy Bettas too. This is one of main reasons I dont encourage Bettas in a community tank. They overeat so easily. The other.... possible aggression.

You can try the male but beware..... things will happen VERY fast if it does go wrong.

Ok I’m gonna try it wish me luck and as long as I can I’ll watch them like a hawk. And IF something goes wrong at least the tetras are replaceabl (that sounds terrible but at least it’s not like a prized fish)
