Is My Zebra Danio Getting Ich?

Hi,
I recently set up my new 29 gallon tank and yesterday I added 4 zebra danios and today I added some cory catfish and neon tetras. All were doing well until I noticed something strange on the body of one of the danios. I took a photo and was wondering if it might be the beginning stages of ich. And if it is, how do I treat it.

IMG_1424.JPG Here's another photo of him out of the LED light. Looks less severe I'd say.

IMG_1427.JPG And here's an from above. Up close it looks like its just some ruffled scales. Is that normal? It's not dropsy right? Because it's only in one small area.

Not Ich. May the slineskin damaged while caught. Other possible causes parasite (costia) or bacteria.
I'd keep a close eye on, regular waterchanges and treat when things get worse.

As stated it just looks like an injury from being netted. Don't treat yet. Keep an eye on it and see if it gets infected. Do water changes a bit more often for now to keep the water cleaner.

Now that I've gotten a closer look at him it just looks like some missing scales but now this morning I can see a small red spot by one of his fins. It wasn't there yesterday. Could that be something else?
