One of my rainbow fish is acting a little bit differently than usual. She (assume it’s a she) is swimming pretty much only at the bottom of the tank not with any of the other rainbows, staying in generally the same spot. She seems bloated and has white coloration on her belly. If the fish is “pregnant” what should I do, move her to another tank? Or just leave it alone? Realistically the only thing I could move her to is my 5 gallon planted shrimp aquarium (note it’s a pretty warm tank, like 82F).

Rainbow Fish technically don't get pregnant, since they are egg layers. She could be holding eggs, but she also could be bloated and constipated, but I don't know which if either. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

She looks bloated to me. You could try an Epsom salt bath to see if that can help her out a bit.
