Is my Neon pregnant?

Hello again everyone!

As the title says, am curious whether is my Neon Tetra pregnant or he/she is just plain big. Here's a video of it, he/she seems to be 20~30% bigger than the others and is more pale in color.

my neon's are like that, some of my neon's are bigger than others. I wouldn't guarantee she's pregnant, just big I would say

 

From what I read neons won't successfully reproduce in a tank with gravle. Something about they lay eggs and the males has to collect them, but they usually get lost.

The enter net told me to put a male and female in a plain empty tank and wait. Never tried it though, let us know if you find some babies though!

 

It is a gravid female.
Neons technically don't get pregnant.

Update:

There seems to be something on the skin of the bigger fish. Its like some dots.... Should I be worried?
