I have recently noticed that my rams belly is getting bigger and I'm just wondering if it may be carrying eggs?

Just maintain good water parameters. Keep your nitrates down below 20.

She is full of eggs, and her breeding tube is starting to drop. Do you have a male for her to spawn with? Otherwise it's just so much caviar for the fish in the tank.
