Is my fish pregnant??

    Hello everyone,

I believe one of my mollies is pregnant. She's a black Molly and she's a little large in the belly area. I have a male Dalmatian or marble Molly that is swimming like a Mac daddy swaying his body very flamboyantly and staying close to the black Molly. The Dalmatian Molly seems to be keeping all the other fish away from her. Does that sound like she's about to drop or something?

Sure looks that way! Just make sure you have a breeders net or something to put the fry in - she will likely have 20+ and the parents WILL eat them if not seperated right away...

    Good luck!

When should I expect her to drop the fry? She didn't look this way a couple days ago... And is the other Molly that's swimming like he's at a disco have anything to do with it?

Well I came home from work, put her in the breeder box, as she is getting big. Looking at her from behind, her scales are like flared out. Should I keep her in the breeder box til she drops or should I leave her out?
