Is my fish Pregnant or fat?

Is my Platy pregnant or just fat? It has been over a month of the middle fish looking like she’s pregnant so not sure if she’s just fat!

I’m not 100% sure as I’ve not kept livebearers but chances are it’s pregnant. Congrats!

If it’s been a month, she’ll likely be ready to release her fry soon. If you’re keeping them, be prepared to catch them out (if you need to).

Usually safe to assume livebearers are preggo. She does look close to dropping fry.

Definitely pregnant. BTW, those are Variatus Platies, and not the common Maculatus Platies. I like them better because they are more hardy. They may take a little longer with having fry.
