Is my endler ill or pregnant?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone may know if my endler is unwell or pregnant. Their belly has been like this for approx 3 weeks.
We have tried isolating it and put a boiled pea in there which it hasn't touched.

But i have notice these black dots on it, and now I'm worried. His name is Henry as we were told its male but unsure now.

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like they might be constipated or just overeating? I would fast and see what happens. Is it eating other foods? Sometimes peas just don't work.
And I'm not 100% sure on the spots, but sometimes fish do change colors.

He seems the fastest at getting the other food which is why we thought maybe separate him. He is the only endler that eats from the surface cause he's a greedy boy!
I'll try fasting him and see what happens thank you!

It's a male for sure...
I'm not sure about those spots either. Try to let him fast a bit... Looks more overfed to me.

Hey everyone, we tried fasting him and it didn't work. He has since eaten but has gone of his food now. Is very lethargic and breathing rapidly. Sad to say it but I think it may be dropsy. There seems to be a slight sort of pinecone across his body/scales. Dont think he will be pulling through

If he´s pineconed, it´s dropsy...
