So I've been cycling my tank for 2 and a half weeks. I dumped lots of bacteria from a friends sponge filter Into my tank at the beginning. My ammonia is at zero too btw. Is my tank finished cycling now ? It just hasnt been very long so I wanna be sure before u start adding more expensive fish.

That's a very pretty set up you have.
Looking at the levels I would say yes, but wait a few more days just too make sure you got passed that final ammonia an nitrite spike.
Have you watched ammonia and nitrites rise and fall ? Or is this the first time testing the water?

Thanks. And well I saw the ammonia and nitrite only go slightly above zero but now they're down to zero and the nitrates are up. It's only been 2. 5 weeks but I was thinking maybe it cycled fast because of all the filter waste I poured into my tank at the beginning

I would wait another day or two.
You have done everything right so maybe they wont spike considering how you started your cycle....wait 2 or 3 more days and check it again.
If ammonia and nitrites are still 0 me personally would exchange 50 % of the water then to bring nitrates down a bit or to 0 then add your fish.

By adding all the filter waste you gave this tank a great start. Have you been adding ammonia all during this time? To be totally sure the cycle is complete I would add enough ammonia to get it up to about 2ppm. If that ammonia is gone within 24 hours and there are no nitrites then I would yes, this cycle is complete.
