Is My Crayfish Pregnant?

My electric blue crayfish has white egg looking things by her tail but people say crayfish eggs are black. what is it?

In my experience electric blue crayfish eggs are a very dark grey/black color. Can you provide a picture?

Yep, those are eggs alright! Looks like they're in their earlier stage before turning dark.

It's very much possible she had mated before you brought her home.

The babies will be self reliant from the moment they are born. It is best to separate them from the mother as crayfish tend to be cannibalistic. As for food, the babies would be fine with sinking pellets, flake food, or fresh veggies. Keep in mind that crayfish need a good source of calcium so they can have healthy molts.

will most the baby's die because I see lots of eggs and don't think she will have that much baby's

Most of them may hatch, but most of the babies will not reach adulthood.

I am going to need to sell then because I don't have the space to take care of them, how old should they be before I sell them

That I'm not sure about, they will only be a few millimeters when they hatch.
