Is my CAE full of eggs or sick?

Hello
was wondering if this CAE is (for lack of a better word) pregnant, or is it ill?
I understand that these are unlikely to breed in an aquarium.
Any thoughts?

150L tank
established 3 years
Live plants
Tankmates: Cory doras, glass catfish, kribensis, eel tail catfish, ghost knife, bala sharks & barbs + 2 other CAE (they appear normal)

She could either be bloated or gravid (full of eggs). If you look at her from above, does one side of her body seem to go out farther than the other? What I mean is that is she fatter on one side than the other lol.

She is pretty even, same bloated look on either side.

 

Hmm... then it could be bloating. Try feeding some veggies like Zucchini, Cucumber, ad Peas. Peas will help a lot.
