    Hi guys,
I don't know if this is just his natural coloring because he is pale at the moment or this is an injury.

I noticed a bright red section near on the part where his fins are and I don't know what this is. Is this normal/okay?

He is still active and eating but unlike normal blood Parrots he turns pale.

    Can you attach a pic?

Can you list tank size and stocking? Water parameters?

He's in the 55 gal tank with another Blood Parrot as you suggested in another post. Both of them are doing fine, they do not fight or bully each other.

Water Parameters are Ammonia 0.00ppm Nitrite 0.25ppm Nitrate 10ppm.

Can you get an in focus pic without the glare?

There could still be aggression, when you're not watching the tank (night, etc.).

Here's one picture. Just in case I removed the other Parrot and moved him to the 135 gallon.

Sorry, I'm not sure. These guys are so deformed anyway, it can be hard to tell what's wrong.

No worries, hes starting to color up again to his normal self anyway and there is no sign of irritation or anything bad
