Is it possible camallanus worms can disappear and die without treatment?

I’ve been treating my tanks for camallanus worms and I isolated my female endler because she still had a large amount of worms after the first round of treatment. However, she just gave birth in my quarantine tank and now the worms are gone. Is it possible she pushed them out and they got sucked up by the filter? Also, the fish that was previously in the quarantine tank developed a weird bump that might be contagious because a fish at the store had a bump, just larger. Can I add the endler and her baby’s back in or is it possible they were infected by the same thing the other fish had? The bump was absolutely tiny and I doubt it would’ve spread but I just want to make sure.

No idea on the bump. But the endler got the initial treatment of levamisole with everyone else right? It's quite possible she expelled the worms.

Yeah, I did notice she had one worm sticking out of her today so I think I’ll keep her and the fry in quarantine for another week then treat them in quarantine and after that I’ll add them back into the tank. Does this sound ok?

Not sure how harsh it will be on the young fry, but that's probably how I'd handle it. If you don't treat them you risk spreading it.
